Position: Chairman and Director
Mr. Grosso became one of the early pioneers of the mining sector in Argentina in 1993, when mining was opened to foreign investment. He has a long-standing relationship with Argentina through both business dealings and family ties. This relationship has permitted him to become acquainted with the different aspects of doing business throughout South America. In recognition of his contribution to mining in Argentina, Mr. Grosso was named Argentina's "Mining Man of the Year" for 2005. He is founder and President of Grosso Group management Ltd. ("Grosso Group").

Position: Director, President & CEO
Mr. Cacos brings over 14 years of management expertise in the mineral exploration industry. His career includes administration and strategic planning for public companies in a diverse range of industries. Mr. Cacos has overseen the development of Amera Resources Corporation since inception and currently serves as an officer and director of a number of TSX Venture Exchange listed companies. He holds a Master of International Management degree from Heidelberg, Germany and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia.

Position: Director
Dr. Terry's 18 years of experience has focused on exploration for a wide spectrum of precious and base metal deposits throughout North and South America . His experience has included international project management, management of exploration programs for both major and junior mining companies, as well as independent consulting assignments. He was formerly a Regional Geologist with the British Columbia Ministry of Energy and Mines and has worked for numerous mining companies including Boliden Limited, Westmin Resources Limited, Hemlo Gold Mines Inc., Cominco Limited and Gold Fields Mining Corporation.

| | | Dr. Gerald Carlson, P.Eng.
Position: Director
Dr. Carlson has been involved for over 35 years in managing mineral exploration and mining development companies. His experience has focused on precious and base metal deposits around the Pacific Rim, including western North America, Mexico, Central America, South America, Australia and Asia. This experience has included independent consulting assignments, management of major company exploration programs, junior mining companies and university level teaching. He is currently President of Copper Ridge Explorations Inc. and a Director of several other junior mineral exploration companies. He has taken an active role in professional geosciences associations on both local and national levels and is a past President of the British Columbia and Yukon Chamber of Mines. Dr. Carlson's international reputation and extensive experience in managing mineral exploration and mining development companies throughout the world lends the Company a high profile in mining and investment communities.

Mr. Minni has an accomplished record in business investments and corporate reorganizations. He was one of the founding partners of the firm Minni, Bella & Co., Certified General Accountants in Vancouver, BC. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Minni has been active in the venture capital markets and has held various positions as officer and director of various reporting companies.

Mr. Coltura is a businessman with significant entrepreneurial experience and with over 15 years of experience in a diverse range of industries. He is President of Matalia Investments Ltd., a company that provides market evaluations, feasibility studies and financial forecasting for the hospitality industry. Mr. Coltura provides Amera with a broad range of marketing, corporate strategy and negotiation skills.
